The 2026 National Conference is being held in Pittsburgh, PA on September 23 - 25, 2026. This conference is intended to be a safe and beneficial place where participants can learn, share and network in a confidential atmosphere conducive to facilitating meaningful problem solving and offering relevant content.

Rooms are available at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square from Monday, September 21 through Thursday, September 24 (checking out Friday, September 25).
Room Rate (single or double occupancy): $199.00/night, 14% tax/night on all rooms. Overnight Parking is $34/night.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION & POLICIES

Registration for this conference is exclusively for all classes of membership of the Coalition and other qualifying persons only. It is up to individuals to determine if they qualify. The Coalition reserves the right to grant final approval for all registrants to attend this conference.

Registration is restricted to the following:
Organizational Member, Professional Member (Professional membership is $50 annually for the purpose of advancing the Mission of the Coalition) Individual Member, Speaker, Government Employee, Nonmember physician & staff who treat and care for coal miners, Nonmember attorney & staff who provide legal assistance to claimants, Coal miner and their spouse/significant other, and Spouse/guest/children of registered attendee (A fee of $50 per person is required to attend the luncheons on Wednesday and Thursday as well as scheduled refreshment breaks.)
